"LTC Change Makers: 20 years of Family Council excellence” conference

 

UPDATE: SUDBURY CONFERENCE CANCELLED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT REGISTRATION.

The Family Councils Ontario Conference in Sudbury at the Northbury Hotel and Conference Centre scheduled for June 12 & 13 2019 has been cancelled as of June 3, 2019. The Toronto event will proceed as scheduled. You can find more information about the Toronto conference on our website.

Like you, we were very excited about the event and were in the final stages of our preparation. However, due to insufficient registration we are unable to carry out a successful event.  

We are providing those who have registered for the Sudbury conference two options:

1. Receive a full refund, or

2. Transfer their registration to attend the Toronto conference with no additional registration fee required (travel and accommodation not included).

To choose one of the options above, please contact Client Services Coordinator Tiffany Fearon (tfearon@fco.ngo , 647 427 5551 ext.21. Please note that we just speak with the credit card holder of the purchase in order to process the refund.

The theme for the conference “LTC Change Makers: 20 years of Family Council excellence” is a dedication to the many individuals who have mobilized change for the sector past, present, and future. Join us for a great two-day event filled with information, interaction, and celebration!
