United Mennonite Home (UMH) - Vineland; Family Councils of Niagara (FCN-4)

We aim to meet quarterly over Zoom. We operate using Terms of Reference based upon a template from FCO. Frank Pravitz, Chair, Family Council, UMH has been held this role and has been a consistent leader since 2020. The FC meets to identify issues of concern amongst families, and discuss best practices we have noticed that are strongly positive, then 4024taking these forward to the Director of Resident Care for commendation of staff/program leaders through the nominated Senior Staff contact. If the issue requires the voice of residents, it could be sent to the attention of Resident's Council. Members of the FC volunteer to attend the Continuous Quality Improvement committee meetings on a quarterly basis.
