Small group. Has been largely submissive to administration direction in the past. Mt. Hope is a very small component of St. Joseph Health Care London (relative to muck larger facilities such as hospitals. We are anxious to explore different organizational models that will give us higher profile and a greater sense that we are having a more direct impact on the care of our loved ones. We also see so many younger residents who are not having the opportunity to live a full life
