We provide a forum where families and friends can come together to share the following:
- experiences and explore ways to improve the life of residents of the Pines
- discuss their challengers and find support for their changing caregiver role
- learn about residents' rights, health issues affecting residents and other relevant topics
- participate actively in decision making and changing process within the Pines
- help families, friends and the home form a positive partnership aimed at improving resident care
