The purpose of the council is to provide sensitive and caring support for Families, Substitute Decision makers (SDMs) Persons of importance, and or Friends of the Village of Humber Heights Long term care residents (through liaison with staff and each other) in order to ease the stress, create supportive bonds and provide a safe and knowledgeable forum for concerned Members and for the betterment of LTC Residents.
