Protect Yourself From Financial Scams

Presented by the Toronto Public Library

There are many types of fraud, with new ones invented every day.

A representative from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will talk about how to recognize a scam, the different ways people are targeted, what to do if you are a victim, and how to protect yourself from identity theft.

This 1-hour program is presented virtually as part of TPL's Live & Online Personal Finance Campaign and Fraud Prevention Month.

Please note, this event's recording will only be available for replay for 72 hours after airing live.
