Person-Centered LTC Communities: An Intro to CARF Accreditation for Family Councils

CARF, a well-established, non-profit accreditor of health and human services, invites you to attend this introductory presentation to learn about our accreditation process for Person-Centred Long-Term Care Communities. Attending will familiarize you with CARF, the benefits of CARF accreditation, our standards development process, and the survey process for organizations of all sizes. This presentation will also explore opportunities for the person served, their families/support systems, and other stakeholders to participate in the survey process.
