Palliative Care Series for Families and Carers | Session #3: Talking About Medications

The Collaborative Project to Sustain a Palliative Approach to Care team would like to invite you to register for the FREE virtual education sessions to learn about palliative care in LTC.

These sessions will be supportive and will involve opportunities to participate and ask questions!

Session #4- Feb. 29, from 1:00 - 2:30 pm: Advance Care Planning & Goals of Care Conversations

Session #5 - Mar. 28, from 1:00 - 2:30 pm: Grief and Bereavement

Session #6 - Apr. 25, from 1:00- 2:30 pm: Caring for Yourself

Sessions are delivered in English, will not be recorded and a handout will be shared after each presentation.
