The West Oak Village LTC Family Council is a team of relatives and friends of Residents. Its purpose is to work together with families and staff to make our Home the best it can be for our Residents by: 1. Advocating for Resident Rights. 2. Promoting the improved health, welfare and happiness of our Residents. 3. Exploring common concerns and issues. 4. Informing and educating visitors and the community about LTC and Elder issues.
