We are a new Council, barely 3 months old. We currently have an active membership of 9. We meet once per month at 2 pm. Every third meeting is scheduled for 7 pm to accommodate members' work schedules. We have started with a "getting to know you" initiative whereby we invite members of Home management to share their responsibilities with the members. We have yet to use FCO educational tools. This is in the near future. We have done a lot of research on Family Councils but more assistance is required. We receive strong support from management and staff.
