This event features the findings and recommendations from a multi-year partnership project focused on improving and optimizing the well-being of employers who are balancing paid work and unpaid caring responsiblities. Evidence has been gathered to inspire employers, labour organizations and society to create caregiver-friendly workplaces. The distinguished guest speakers will engage in a catalytic conversation about:
- Themes emerging from a comprehensive multi-year research project on care and work
- Reflections on how COVID has changed our thinking around care and work
- What the evidence leads up to think about the future of care and work in Canada
