More than 1 in 5 residents in long-term care is given anti-psychotics without a diagnosis. What is triggering these outbursts from residents? One reason may be the layout of the environment. Dr. Heckman will provide research findings from the Green House model and others as well as the lessons learned (and reinforced) from the pandemic.
