Family Councils Ontario (FCO) is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. If you believe in our mission to lead and support families in improving the quality of life in long-term care, we encourage you to apply.
As a Board member, you’ll provide strategic governance, help shape the future of FCO, and contribute to strengthening Family Councils across Ontario. We welcome individuals with leadership experience in the long-term care sector, business, government, philanthropy, or non-profit organizations. Our Board is committed to reflecting the diverse voices of the communities we serve.
Board members serve two-year terms, with a maximum of three consecutive terms. The time commitment is approximately three to seven hours per quarter, plus meeting preparation. Meetings are held virtually via Zoom.
