This session is an introduction to Family Councils. It includes the fundamentals of a Family Council, starting a Family Council, an introduction to the Long-Term Care Homes Act as it applies to Family Councils, best practices and commonly asked questions.

This presentation is appropriate for generating interest in forming a Family Council, and for new and existing Councils. Length: 1 hour plus Q & A.
