Succession Planning

Council leaders and members may come and go but a Council who has planned for succession is likely to continue successfully through leadership change and membership turnover. In short, succession planning is essential for Council success. This workshop provides Council members with information on succession planning and how to develop a succession plan that is tailored to the Council’s specific needs.
